Prohibition Orders

January 20, 2011, Alexandria, VA, – The National Credit Union Administration Board has issued orders prohibiting the following individuals from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution.
Christopher Allen, a former employee of First Service Credit Union, Houston, Texas, was convicted of bank fraud. Allen was sentenced to 32 months imprisonment 3 years probation, and ordered to pay $31,303 in restitution.
Keona Blagburn, a former employee of Newport News Neighborhood Federal Credit Union, Newport News, Virginia, plead guilty to Embezzlement and obtaining Money under False Pretenses.
Arden Marie Rohrer, a former employee of Henrico Federal Credit Union, Richmond, Virginia, was convicted of grand larceny. Rohrer 5 years imprisonment was suspended on the condition that she keep the peace and be on good behavior. She was ordered to pay $1500 in restitution.
Kelly J. White, a former employee of Sussex County Federal Credit Union, Seaford, Delaware, was convicted of Theft. White was sentenced to 2 year supervised release and ordered to pay $33,062 in restitution.

Violation of a prohibition order is a felony offense punishable by imprisonment and a fine of up to $1 million.
